Offering this NEW OLD STOCK Portmeirion Whistling Tea Kettle still in the box. Research indicates it is the Christmas Rose pattern #9140 and it is 3.5 pt./ 2.1 Qt. Porcelain enamel on steel and never used. I am also guessing it is appx. 15 years old as it was purchased and stored away immediately years ago.
