Available is this fabulous carved wooden griffin. It is a hand made piece, in a dark stained wood. The piece measures 6.25 inches wide by... 5 5/8 inches tall. It is about 4 inches deep. There is one hole on the back to hang on a wall. It is very three dimensional with an opening at the mouth that is about 1.75 deep. The details are well done - with a tongue, whiskers, etc. It is in good condition but does show age and wear. There is some chipping in the upper left corner and some surface cracking. It has had a light wipe down with a toothbrush but there is still dust in some nooks and crannies. A unique estate sale find - don't miss it!
