It is nearly new; never removed from box, as there is still one tie-wrap securing the dog to the box in the back. * Note: the batteries are dead from long term storage; note that I did not attempt to remove them so as to keep the integrity of the toy as new in box. Listing as used only because box is beat up (dented ...in front, 3" tear, shelf wear etc.) and there is little dust from long term storage. This is one of the dogs of a series of 5 in the collection.
