2009 Majestic Tourer 2 E - 250

This Van is relisted due to Non Payment of a local Craigslist buyer. This van is located in Dayton Oregon. It is a Nice 2009 Majestic Tourer 2 with 94, 800 miles. I bought it off an older gentleman that was not using it anymore and did not want to sell it himself. I have a Clear title in hand in my name.Built by Majestic Leisure Craft. Similar to Pleasureway. Great driving van. Runs excellent. It has a 5.4 V-8 Triton engine with plenty of power and great gas mileage for a mot...orhome. Driving it from Nevada I averaged 15/16 MPG on the freeway. That MPG was making good time through the Sierra Nevada mountains. It is a 4X2 van but it has great clearance. More than most other B Vans. Making it great for parking in free remote places like Forest Service Land and BLM. The van has Power windows, locks, mirrors, backup camera and cruise control. Brand New Bridgestone Tires. The RV has a Brand New 12 volt Maintenance Free Marine Battery. The RV interior Hi-top is 6'4" in height in 2/3's of the living area back to the rear A/C. The RV has a Power Awning with remote control. hard wood cabinets. Corian counter top. A private bath and shower. Refrigerator, 3 burner stove top, kitchen sink and water pump, a hot water heater, thermostat controlled heater, AC(rooftop and Cab), Fantastic Fan, 2800 Onan Gas Generator, TV/DVD/CD, Microwave. The curtains all work and are in good shape. The rear of the van has two benches that can be used as narrow twin beds or the area can easily be converted into a Queen. Overhead cabinet space with lots of storage under the benches.
Everything works as it should except the following. It passed DEQ smog without a problem.
Only negatives;
The Generator hours don't show on the meter. But it fires right up and runs as it should.Tire pressure sensor light is on. No sensors present on the wheels is the reason.
Slight crack in windshield. It's not a safety issue so I have chose not to replace it.
Bathroom sink drain has a leak somewhere in the pipe going to the holding tank. The water drains onto the ground. Not into the coach. There is no related damage.
One more thing I like to point out. It is equipped with a Cassette Toilet. Not a traditional Black Holding Tank. The Grey water tank is traditional. I was skeptical at first then I realized that the Cassette style is considerably better because it allows you to dump your waste anywhere there is a toilet or a hole to dump it in. You don't need a dump station.
