THIS IS NOT A REPRINT - THIS POSTER WAS PRODUCED IN 1977.
Offered is an original 1977 STAR WARS 3-Sheet Movie Poster. These were produced in far fewer numbers than one sheets and other poster sizes. While the poster's back stamp reads "STAR WARS 3 SH FOREIGN, " by 1977, indeed all three sheets were marked for international use, as they had fallen out of fashion with U.S. theaters. But truth be told, there were no "domestic" versions produced--only these beauties. And the offere...d example is magnificent, having been linen backed about 20 years ago and displayed in a high quality frame with UV plexiglass.
CONDITION: The poster has benefitted from professional linen backing, which perfectly flattened all the original factory folds. The linen was trimmed to within less than a 1/4 inch of the paper for framing. Apparent Near Mint on linen.
This poster will be sent rolled in a tube.
