Large aluminum token, 1.388 inches or 35.26 mm diameter. Obverse: Bureau of Health - 1913, with medical emblem at the center. Reverse: Culion Leper Colony - 1 Peso - Philippine Islands. Token is worn, but fully readable. Beginning to acquire a darker gray patina from age. It probably should be cleaned. Unusual token.
