Here for sale is a beautiful solid bronze study of a tortoise, the piece has been made using the traditional lost wax casting process in a foundry. The bronze measures aproximately 1.5 x 5 x 2.5 cms.The quality of the casting is superb and you would be forgiven for thinking this was 100 years old with the attention to detail and fabulous cold painted patina complete with wear to give an antique appearence.Although modern, all our bronzes are 100% original and have been made us...ing traditional centuries old techniques unlike the cheap inferior quality cold cast and resin figures passed off as bronzes currently.
