On Nov-05-19 at 08:06:51 PST, seller added the following information:Added pics of the vin sequence stamped on rear upper engine flange (sorry for the shadow but zoom in). Also added trans pad numbers. Several folks have asked if the headlight doors work and yes they do. Drove the car to work this morning in the dark and all worked good. I put a new speedo cable on it and the speedo is still acting odd. It will sometimes read high and now it isn't working at all. Suspect something inside the gauge. I have a box of spare parts that goes with the car. Including new repop side mirrors and the original kick down/TV linkage assy. I installed a bouchillon performance TV cable that works great. Thanks for lookingOn Nov-05-19 at 21:09:09 PST, seller added the following information:Bidders: I was taking a better pic of the engine VIN and then went to the transmission. I was able to get the full #s from the trans and tail housing. Although I was told by the guy I bought the car from years ago that the trans was original it turns out that the transmission in NOT numbers matching. The numbers are: PK 3681057 4141 8612. The 3681057 decodes to a 1972 Dodge 440HP car. The 4141 decodes to date Nov 28, 1972. The tail housing is date coded March 1969. I have pics of all these #s if you need to see them. I also have a better pic of the engine VIN but eBay won't let me add it here. The engine is ABSOLUTELY numbers matching! I am sorry for not being exact with the information I enclosed earlier. I am trying to be totally honest and couldn't let this slide.
Thank you, Matt (541) 892-3660
