Chinese Porcelain Lidded Pot with ladies in garden Republic period (1912-1949)
In a very good conditionA fine porcelain bowl, Measuring 9.5 cm in diameter and circa 13.0 cm tall, painted with scholar and pupil decor in poly-chrome enamels, and bearing calligraphy to the reverse "The ladies in garden". Marked to the underside with manufacturer's mark stamped in iron red: "Jiangxi Zhen Pin" Similar marks are found on porcelain from the period 1920's to 1940's....r>
Condition: Very good, a tiny chip inside of the rim. Even the gold rim is mostly intact.
