Here is a wonderfully intricate pocket watch with chain & fob by Botany 500 brand. This watch is still brand new in its original box, with the original price tag and the accompanying instructional/warranty manual.
The watch's lid is intricately embossed with a flying eagle form with water depicted below and trees, ground, and mountains surrounding the eagle, all done in dimensional embossing. The overall color of the piece is an antiqued gold-tone.
The watch face ...is a nice big, easy to read round shape with the numerals in black, placed on a smooth-polished gold-tone metal ring. The rest of the watch face done is a cool, subtle reverse-dotted pattern in cream and ivory, with the brand name emblazoned under the 12 spot and decorative sleek black hands.
The watch chain is gold-tone and is roughly 12 inches in length. there is a button-hole hook at one end and the chain and fob attach via a lobster style clasp. The case back is also ornately embossed and is lovely in its own right.
The original retail price of this watch was $85.00. We have installed a new battery and checked the watch over carefully, it is in perfect working order and to our knowledge has never been worn or used.
