Original Description:
This is a very old wood carving of a Knight who looks like either Templar or round table.  It could even be King Arthur or Richard Lionheart.  This has been in my family well over 50 years.  It was purchased at an auction by my Grandfather.  As long as we had it the knight sword has been missing.  The paint is very old, but it still retains most of it.  The carving stands 21 1/2" tall, 4 1/2" across the front, and 3" depth on the base  It is carved fr...om one solid piece of wood.  The wood is very solid.  I've taken lots of pictures to show sizes, angles, and condition.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.  Be sure to check out my other listings for more rare finds and shipping combined.  Thanks for stopping and good luck shopping.  Michael J.
