Vintage/ Antique Black Forest Style Carved Wood Barometer/Thermometer
Inherited in 1980's from relative who purchased it from antique dealer in 1960's. Selling it as downsizing and can't display in a manner that respects the craftsmanship.
I suspect it is one of kind design as extensive searching did not reveal an identical item.
There are no names or other identifying words on it that I can find that would allow further valuation.
The thermometer seems fa...irly accurate.
I do not know if the barometer works.
The hand craving is exquisite and there is no apparent damage
Measurements:29" high x 12-1/2" at widest part x 2-1/2" depth at deepest part
