Printed on both sides, each appearing as an envelope with a theatre ticket inside, this item has two ads, one on each side. Both are from Cincinnati distilleries, The Live Oak Distillery and The Joseph H. Peebles Sons Co. Peebles offered a 50 cent cork-screw with each bottle. 3 3/4" x 3 3/4"
