Rolex Submariner... 5513: This stunning 1970 Rolex Submariner 5513 was originally presented to Team GB Sailor, Mr Herrn John Westall by Rolex during the 1972 Munich Olympics. It was worn by Mr Westall during the games and later passed down to his son who wore the watch throughout his diving career with COMEX. A photograph of Mr Westall wearing the watch during the Olympic Games and copies of Mr Westalls dive logs are included. This watch remains in exceptional condition for its age (and considering it's pervious history). The case is super fat with almost no sign of wear. The watch retains its original tritium dial and hands. The bezel and bracelet have been exchanged by Rolex during previous services. The bracelet date code is VE - identifying it as being replaced in 1980. In stock and available for immediate delivery or collection - viewing on request.
Watch Details: 40mm stainless steel case with 93150 Oyster bracelet and 580 end pieces. Black bezel with divers scale. Stunning matt black dial with tritium hour markers. Rolex calibre 1520 automatic movement.

We have a simple rule at Swiss Watch Trader; if we don't like it, and wouldn't spend our own money on it, then we won't stock it. Our selection of new, used & pre-owned watches may not be the most extensive but we believe they are the most desirable. Other used watch dealers may have larger selections but what we lack in quantity we make up for in quality.
With the exception of a few vintage and military examples, all watches are complete with the minimum of their original boxes and papers. Any ancillary items such as manuals, bezel protectors and hang tags will not be added to a set if missing. We believe in being 100% honest with our watches and will not add to sets just to increase the asking price.
If viewing your next watch prior to making a decision or collecting after payment is not possible at our main office in Whiteley, Fareham. We can arrange viewings at our other offices located in Hampshire and along the south coast; including Southampton, Portsmouth, Basingstoke & Salisbury.

CONDITION
Describing the condition of pre-owned watches is always subjective. What one person classes as "mint" anther may consider as average. At Swiss Watch Trader we are very critical and try to let the images talk for themselves. If a watch is new and unworn it will be described as such. If a watch shows the slightest signs of being worn then it will be described as immaculate or outstanding. The worst you will find on this website is excellent. If a watch arrives in anything less than the best possible condition then it will be sent for a full service and overhaul with the manufacturer - we do not use 3rd parties for servicing. All photographs on this website are of the actual watch for sale. No editing has taken place - they are exactly as pictured. You can buy in confidence knowing that if the watch arrives and you are not 100% happy with the condition, size, fit or appearance then a full refund, plus any postage incurred, will be issued.

WARRANTY
Every used & pre-owned Rolex, Omega, Breitling, TAG Heuer, Panerai or other Swiss watch that arrives in stock is visually and mechanically checked prior to going on sale and will include a 12 month warranty. Any watch failing our inspection will be sent back to the manufacturer for a full service and overhaul - we do not use 3rd parties for watch servicing or repair. The warranty is limited to mechanical defects not caused by the owner/wearer. Accidental damage is not covered, nor are issues caused by mishandling, mistreatment or neglect. Water damage is not covered by the 12 month warranty.
