This is a new old stock piece. It has no chips, cracks, or damage. There is a bubble in the rim of the bowl. It is encased in the glass but I can feel it a little. It is shown in the last picture.
Although this is marked with a Westmoreland logo stamp, it was made by the, now defunct, Summit Glass com...pany, who bought the molds from Westmoreland when they closed their factory.
