Anglo Indian Affairs India QV Cover 1868 Nungumbacum – Octacamund SG55 ½a Blue Scarce PM FUSmall folding letter with earlier DLR stamp – Very scarce PM type 12d (JC) subtype varying sized diamond, and bar thickness, key feature bars are parallel to short diagonal without letter nor numeral inset, not to be confused with the similar PM type 33 (JC), a few instances are even found on lithograph issues – Sent from Nungumbacum (Nungumbaukum, Nungambakkam) date 14th Novemb...er 1868 – Via Madras 15th November – Arrived Octacamund Hill station TN 16th November 1868
