This is a vintage Fire King Jadeite Splash Proof Mixing Bowl. The measurements are approximately 7 5/8" top rim diameter, 3 1/2" bottom base diameter and it stands 4 3/4" tall. The bottom is marked Oven Fire King Ware. There is uneven glaze shine on the outer bowl. However, the inner bowl is shiny with very light surface wear.
Please note that it is common for Jadeite glass to have tiny white marks, black marks, swirls, ripples and mold marks. Sometime...s there are straw marks or swirls of color that form lines. It’s also sometimes difficult to capture a small flea bite chip or some faint surface wear in a photograph. I will do my best to describe the condition of these pieces.
