This beautiful pair of antique bronze TIFFANY STUDIOS candleholders is one of their more organic or naturalistic designs with perhaps some Japanese influence. The 4 tendril-like forms climb upward from their paw feet base, toward the candle, terminating with a bobeche held by 3 prongs - very appealing visually. These are both signed TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK 1201. The vulnerable and usually bent and uneven drip cups remove properly – the drip cups on this exceptional pair are Very Eve...n and Correct across the tops – I won’t say perfect but close. The Gold Dore finish is beautiful, the candleholders stand 11 ¾”.
