The dividers remind me of those used in Fostoria 3 section round candy dish but I am not certain of it being a Fostoria piece.

Each section is etched with a bird roosting among the trees and 2 hound dogs on the scent. The sides of the dish are unadorned.
Measures approximately 3.75 inches ta...ll and 7.25 inches across.
