This is an ungraded note but it is in excellent condition. I am not a professional, but I will do my best here to describe this. Corners are nice and sharp, edges straight, colors are beautiful and note looks very clean. No issues, holes, tears, ink, etc. My guess is that this can be a "40" or better but that is just my opinion.
