The blue Peking glass is bright and vivid in color and is in very good condition.&nbs...p; I ran my finger over the top rims and felt a couple of flea bites and one minuscule, less than 1/8" shallow flake on the top side. There are 2 yellow lines on the underside. This beautiful brass box not only features the blue Peking glass insert but also an exquisite embossed enamel design with Asian style houses and bridges and a lid with a raised brass leaf decoration with carnelian stones and a green hardstone.
