1993 1000 Francs from West African States / Senegal. Pick number 711Kc and serial number 9345170539. Graded 67 OPQ Superb Gem Uncirculated by PCGS. This beautiful note on white crisp paper has a lovely scenery and deep embossing that is visible through the plastic holder. Serial number is on the top left corner and on the bottom right corner on the front of the note in black ink....
