"Drop Rose" Demitasse Cup & Saucer ... Click images to enlarge Description This really lovely antique porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was manufactured by Haviland of Limoges France, to be sold by Tiffany & Co. The pattern is often referred to as "Drop Rose" because of the rose that is falling to the center of the design.
The cup stands 2-5/16" in height, and measures 2-3/8" in diameter across the top rim, not including the handle.
The scalloped rim saucer measures 4-3/4" in diameter.
The pink roses encircle the rim, with a tiny blue and gold pattern on the perimeter.
There are no chips, cracks or crazing. The cup "pings" when lightly tapped. Colors and gold are are 99% intact.
