Antique French Porcelain Cobalt & Raises Gilt Hand Painted Portrait Urn 1820s. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
Simply stunning French urn. It is cobalt blue and features a beautifully hand painted portrait. The gold details are raised in some places, and flat in others. There are no makers marks. The stickers on the bottom (from many decades ago) indicate that this is indeed french and from the 1820s. This was from a large vineyard estate. The owner had a large antique collecti...on. All indicators appear to match the labeling. As for condition - it is amazing, especially considering age. There were no chips or cracks found. Some wear to the gold. This is mostly located on the edge of the lid and foot. Absolutely wonderful and ready for your collection!
