Description: GORGEOUS & RARE Antique Colonial Collectible Pitcher for sale! Made by Brown Westhead Moore & Co. and is signed and hallmarked on the base (view photo #9). Made during the 1700's-1800's this beautiful and brightly colored piece has withstood the test of time and is in good condition. Please note there is only minor wear such as slight discoloration to the porcelain due to age, and lots of small, short, hairline cracks along the top trim and around the base. There a...re NO breaks, NO chips, and NO repairs. This piece is a COMPLETELY ORIGINAL ANTIQUE! The great unique factor to this piece, yet a reoccurring theme for the brand is the hand-painted ribbon handle (view photo #5). This handle features the Red Ribbon which helps us to more closely indicate the age of this piece; as they used red during the late 1700's to early 1800's. The pitcher is a decent size and measures 6" tall, is 4 1/2" - 5" wide including the handle and 3" in diameter across the top of the mouth. Great Buy, Bid Now!
