This auction is for an antique hanging lamp. I am sure this piece if from the 1880's - 1890's.
The jeweled frame (not including the length of the chains) is 6 1/2 inched tall, at the tallest point and about 3 3/4 inches across.
I think this may have been an oil lamp, there is a round tray (which is bent) inside the jeweled frame, please see the 7th photo.
The frame is brass. There are 15 faceted glass jewels. Each jewel is about 13/16 of an inch across. 1 jewel is cracked.
...The bottom knob of the jeweled frame is bent, please see the last 2 photos.
Please see the first 5 photos, I do not know if the hanging chains are original they are old but it appears 1 of the chains has been reattached, 5th photo, there is no round loop at the end.
