Vtg Collapsible French Metal Iron HOSPITAL Laundry Garden Basket Cart Wheels

This is an antique folding, rolling diaper laundry basket. When I purchased this at an antique shop, it was labeled as a "French Nappie (diaper) Basket c 1850". I have no idea if this is correct but I"ve searched google and can't find another like it.
This basket measures 25.5" tall 18 x 14.5 wide.
It folds in two separate movements: first, to fold down the sides, the two little end tabs are pulled out a bit to release the sides, then the basket can ... be lifted off the horizontal arms and the whole thing folds flat.
The condition is antique, with discoloration to the fabric basket and some pitting and paint wear to the legs. The iron legs are painted white with gold details.
What a wonderful , unique piece.. I think it could have so many decorative uses.
