The pi pictured her is a pretty rare piece. The Vidalia Stock and Saddle Company has a long a storied history starting in California way back in the late 1880s. They are a saddlery and the metal work they are most known for are primarily accents To there saddle and other riding tack, such as Conchos and bit embellishments. Occasionally you might get lucky and find one of their belt buckles.
We ...are happy to be able to offer one of their wonderful Sterling Silver pins. The pin has a very nice rendering of the head of a long horn steer upon it. There is a 5 pointed star with a round boss mounted top center. The steers head is flanked by beautiful classic chased scroll work and a stamped border.On the back is the soldered pin, the makers stamp, and the Sterling stamp. This pin is approximately 3 11/16 in. wide.
The earrings are Sterling Silver dangles. They are very nice renderings of the classic cowboy hat.unfortunately we cannot identify the maker, no makers stamp can be found. But they are great little pieces of work, and we thing they compliment the pin very well.
If you are a collector of Cowboy/ American West themed jewelry, these are pretty classic pieces. Add them to your collection, or perhaps you have a cowgirl in mind, these would make a wonderful gift.
