I am selling a vintage but new and very collectable Orvis Graphite spinning rod, 6.5ft and made for 3/16 -5/8 OZ lures. This rod is made in 1976 and is very, very special. Why is this rod so special?
This rod was made for Casey DeBlock, he was a loyal Orvis employee who made, during his career with Orvis, many, many rods for Orvis. As a thank Orvis made specially a rod for him. His name is stamped in the rodtube and on the rod cap is written: "To Casey from shop". You will nev...er find the same as this one. Look at the pictures, a collectors dream if you ask me. The rod is thinner then a pen!!!!
