Adorable antique carved alabaster stone basket...miniature in size at approximately 6 1/2" long, 3 1/2" wide, 3 1/2" tall...has a carved rope design around the edge and a basket weave to the bottom side...Italian from the 1920's or 30's...great condition with very minor flea bite chips and scratches commensurate of age and use...has gray veining that are not cracks to handle...this little basket would be so cute with the addition of tiny alabaster stone fruit or just as cute all by its...elf!
