It is made of some type of clay ceramic, and has a high gloss glaze. It is signed on the bottom, "KS 97". It is the type of item you might find at a local crafts fair, and NOT a piece of junky plastic from China.
It stands 2-3/4" in height to the tallest point. The base measures 2-1/4" by 2-3/8". It weighs 4.8 ounces.
The figurine is pre-owned, and is in excellent condition.
