Here I have a genuine 1973 Alice Cooper cloth patch depicting one Billion Dollar Note that is 47 years old, this patch is reputed to be the rarest and most intriguing item of Alice Cooper memorabilia and this example is MINT, brand new, never used, sealed in original packaging. I found a picture of the patch, which is out of the package to get a better look at the details...but you are getting the one in original package. My husband purchased it at the actual Alice Cooper concert in Ju...ne of 1973 at Madison Square Garden in New York.
