Beautiful slightly scalloped pedestal Tea Cup & open work Saucer Set by Royal Sealy-Fine English China. Iridescent gloss finish with Gold designs and gold trim. Cup measures 3" tall with a 3 ⅝ " top diameter. Saucer measures 6" in diameter.No chips, cracks or issues other than the fact that someone painted the words ocean City New Jersey on the botto...m of the saucer
