Lays Flat, White supple pages. Corners are square. Some light creasing and edge wear present on the spine front and back cover (difficult to see on the scans, could benefit from a press). Light wear bottom right corner. Staples securely attached along with the centerfold. No missing, loose or cutout pages. In my opinion this would fall into the NM-grade range.
