Beautiful set of antique Apostle sugar spoons and tongs.The box says Parkins & Gotto but I believe that is probably the seller, not the maker. There are hallmarks on the tongs. It looks like a T.H, a lion, a "w", and an anchor. Which could stand for Thomas Hayes, 1845, made in Birmingham. I don't know if that is for sure what they all mean so I included a picture so the buyer can decifer them. The spoons are approx. 4" and the tongs are 3.7...5" long. They all need to be cleaned. The box has some wear as shown in the pictures.
