Description:This is a pretty and antique plate made in Germany by Jaeger & Co. The mark dates the plate from 1898-1923. It is hand painted and has three water lilies. The colors are soft but quite clear. The edge of the plate is gilded in gold. This 7 1/2" plate has spent most of its life displayed on a wall as the work of art that it is. Please see the photos.
I do not see or feel any chips, cracks, bites or repairs. I also do not see a...ny crazing or wear on the gold.
