This kit has not been started and it is complete. All parts are still in their original packaging. I have one issue to note and that is one of the tires has some dents/bending in it because parts have been resting on it for many years. I have included detailed pictures of both sides of the tire in the last 2 pics. The box is in fair to good condition with a few dents and a little dirty. Due to the size of the box I have set shipping at $29.99 but it could be less depending on your loca...tion and you can ask me before bidding if you wish.(West Coast will be $29.99). $29.99 is most shipping will be for Lower 48 US States only!
