Vintage Brass Air Pump With Wooden Handle & Presure Gauge/ Steam Punk

This is for an old brass air pump with a wooden T handle and a Pressure Gauge. I am not sure what it was used for but it mounted to something as you can see by the bottom ring with the bolt holes. It does look like a beer keg air pump with the small line that comes off of the gauge. It still works and looks to be all original. I did clean it up a little to see what was brass or copper. Everything is brass or copper except for the gauge case and the small piece of tubing and t...hey are both steel. The gauge is missing the glass cover over the dial. Please look at the pics.
