1944 RESTORED Vintage Parker Vacumatic Major Fountain Pen Azure Blue 2 - Tone Nib

For sale is a beautiful fully restored Parker Vacumatic Major fountain pen in the rare AZURE BLUE color.
In order to restore this classic, I've taken the following steps- completely disassembled and ultrasonically cleaned all components - safely removed the original plastic wartime filler unit and replaced the rubber diaphragm- polished all metal and plastic components conservatively.
Pen writes great and is all original! Date code suggests that this pen was produced i...n 1944, during the wartime years. Nib is a fine point, and writes with a little flexibility. It is masked with platinum trim, though the silver / platinum masking has worn away in a few locations. Still writes perfectly. No cracks, chips, or personalizations. This is a VERY nice example of an iconic wartime pen.
Length capped is 5" and posted just under 5 7/8".
