Vintage NEBRASKA State Souvenir Decorative Plate Homer Laughlin 10"
This is one of the plates I purchase it in an auction with many others. It had been used as a display. It is in good condition. It does have one small chip on the back, no breaks and it has a factory flaw on the front edge where it looks like a flake was fired on it as it was manufactured.
