Vintage Warren Platner Knoll Style Rouge Marble on Gilt Metal Wire Hourglass TableSensational Mid-Century Modern 20" diameter rose marble top table on gilt steel wire hourglass-shape base, circa 1965. Very similar to iconic designs by Warren Platner for Knoll. The base is constructed of heavy gauge steel rods joined by 3 iron strips and finished with gold leaf gilt. Gorgeous round rouge marble top with veins of white and gold, which coordinates nicely with the base.&n...bsp; Self leveling feet. Magnificent iconic mid-century table will add modern elegance and style to any space with most any décor! Please note: top and base will ship separately.Dimensions: Table measures 30-1/4" high by 20" in diameter. Weight is approximately 55 lbs.
Condition: In excellent vintage condition with light normal wear from age and use. Table is very heavy and sturdy. Marble is excellent with light surface wear, no chips or cracks. Base is structurally perfect with some gilt wear. No other issues found. Please review pictures thoroughly for condition.
