Rare Vintage 5 Piece Black African American Corn Husk Family Dolls Folk Art. Condition is Used.These were made in the 1940’s. The father, mother, two children, and infant have all had their faces painted on them. The father is completely clothed in overalls, a shirt, and a bandana. He has a walking stick and grey hair and beard.Measures approx: 8 1/4” H x 4 1/2” L x 1 3/4” WThe mother has a matching bandana as a head scarf and is clothed in a corn husk dress. and a piece of str...aw in her mouth Measures approx: 7 1/4” H x 3 1/2” L x 1 1/2” WThe infant in her arms is holding the other end of the draw in the mother’s mouth and is dressed in a corn husk outfit.Measures approx: 2 3/4” H x 1 1/4” L x 1” WThe young boy and girl are in corn husk clothing and the boy has his right arm extended outward and bent to allow him to be arm in arm with his sister.
