Vintage Oak Storage Cabinet With 6 Drawers

Beautiful craftsmanship on this 1920's to 1950's six drawer oak cabinet lined with green and red felt (four drawers green and two lined with red). Cabinet measures 16 1/2 inches wide by 17 inches deep and 13 1/2 inches high. Great convenient size for your workbench our office. Used to separate and store tools, Indian arrowheads and artifact, or antiques. Each drawer has a brown Bakelite handle with a space on top to slip in a card or paper identifying what is in each drawer. The measur...ements of each drawer measures in the interior 5 1/4” wide by 15” deep. Lots of storage room. This at one time was a library card catalog box now converted into a storage unit. Condition is excellent. With no significant scratches, chips, or damage. Just light storage wear. Even the brown Bakelite drawer handles have no damage. One only has very tiny gold paint marks hardly visible on one small section of the handle side; you have to search for it. Top has red felt on it; so you could safely keep something on it without scratching. Super well constructed; great oak finish; weighs approximately 30 pounds. There are two circular brass attachments into the wood on top (see photo). Not sure what they were for; maybe for stacking or a sign. You can remove or leave as is. Really a great a storage unit to separate and safely house your tools, Native American Indian Arrowheads or Artifacts, antiques etc. See all photos as no returns.
