Vintage Spode Copeland Silver Plate and China Toast rack with cruet and butter plate
Here is a very nice silver plated toast rack and cruet with removable butter plate. The set has a deco look about it but could possibly be 40's. There are two graduated sections on each side for toast. The cruet fit neatly into the top and there is a carrying ring. The maker is Spode when it had been bought outright by the Copeland family which is I believe the peri...od 1947 - 1970. The underneath of the butter plate has the mark H&H which I believe to be Hukin & Heath who were a Birmingham silversmiths and electroplaters which went out of business in 1953. Will post worldwide.
