I got this from an estate sale a few weeks ago. I'm assuming the lady was the original owner, but who knows. I will list a few good's and bad's below. PLEASE READ THEM
Good's:
The radio works flawlessly. The speakers sound great. The battery compartment is COMPLETELY free from corrosion. It is ALL ORIGINAL. No damage anywhere. The cassette player workED great for about 15 minutes. The cord is orig...inal. All of the dials and controls work.
Bad's:
The cassette player stopped working after about 15 minutes. I was jamming out to some Jackson Browne and it pretty much just stopped (I'm assuming it's simply a belt that needs replaced). It really needs a good detail cleaning. Half of the antenna is gone and it needs to be replaced.
So that's that. If you have questions, you need to ask them. The radio "works", yes, but because it needs an antenna and a belt replaced it is sold for "PARTS OR REPAIR" only.
It will ship VERY carefully.
