Description: You are bidding on a vintage 7 piece single service in the Regence Pattern by A Raynaud Ceralene Limoges France. This fantastic vintage service appears to have never been used - possibly just in a China cabinet for show. What makes this set incredibly rare is the additional Coupe Soup Bowls and Luncheon plates. This listing is for one (1) of each of the following: Dinner Plate (10 3/8" diameter), Dessert / Luncheon Plate (8 3/4" diameter), Coupe Soup Bowl (7 3/4" diameter), Sal...ad Plate (7 1/2" diameter), Bread & Butter Plate (6 1/2" diameter) & Cup & Saucer. Everything is fully marked on the bottom, but only the dinner plates has the Legend at the bottom saying "Regence - Fresch Regence Design (1715 - 1723) by Cressenl, Trionou Palace, Versoilles." The gold french inscription on the back translates to "veritable incrustation double dorure oplie (double polished) with Agate." The bands are thin layers of pure gold burnished with Agate Stones. If you want to have something truly special to entertain with - or merely show off - this set is for you! This came from an old Florida estate (so why was it in Arizona you might ask!)
