Antique Gros Point de Venise Lace Collars Cuff 1800's or earlier exquisite excellent perfect condition hand made needlelace, made of course, in Venice Italy. The two matching larger pieces Measure 22" at the longest point, and 5.5" at the widest point, the smaller piece measures 9.5" X 4 1/4 at the widest and longest points. The are a most gorgeous taupe color, and quite possibly amongst the finest examples I have seen of such gorgeous needle made lace. These are museum worthy pieces, ...an excellent addition to any established lace collection of the most precious pieces of lace making history.
