Yes, you ARE seeing DOUBLE! Up for auction is this DOUBLE Antique Vintage Hudson's Bay 4 Point Wool Blanket. ***The color is a unique and unusual Olive Green/Brown. This is a DOUBLE Hudson Bay Wool Blanket. I believe this to be a very RARE piece that was custom made, especially long for someone, or was made in error. I can not find any seams where two blankets were connected or sewn together. See pics and please zoom to examine closely. I'm happy to provide additional pictures up...on request. Also, see picture where I'm standing on center to show where the middle of blanket is. ***The condition is very good for its age. Typical wear for an older blanket. One side is quite excellent. Opposite side has a few marks and wool wear in a couple spots. I have not attempted to clean. Shows well. The selvedge sides are in great condition. ***This is a 4 Point blanket AND is found on TWO places on this blanket. It has a total of 4 black stripes on it. This unusual blanket also has TWO of the early Hudson's Red Labels on it with straight stitching. Made in England. I estimate this ages it to 1890-1929.
