~*~Hello and thank you for looking~*~This lovely hand woven grainsack from Europe dates from the late 1800's ~ There is a hand stitched IJ monogram ~ this sack is very worn, softly worn with floppy texture!! There are hand mends in the corner and some holes etc ~ patches , some rust marks and worn , a lovely sack with a primitive look ! ~*~ The stripes are red and caramel ~*~ gorgeous ! . I love knowing that my textiles were produced naturally, lovely org...anic textiles~*~ * ~*~* ( sack 10J)MEASUREMENTS : This sack measures approximately :51 inches long by 18 inches wide ~ ( of course it is twice the length as it has both sides~*~) CONDITION: Freshly laundered and ready to use~ please see above! ~*~

These sacks are 100% machine washable! I wash them on a regular warm cycle and then hang to dry ( however you can tumble dry too!). If there is dirt present simply add Oxyclean or similar~I like to add a fabric conditioner to the final rinse like Downy Ultra for added softness~*~ hemp was built to last, and last .....and last...the more you use it the more wonderful it becomes~ most times there isn't even a need for ironing after wash~ perfect for easy lifestlyes~*~
