This is the Pepsi Distributor Key Chain / Bottle opener, which was given out as a promo.
Looks like this is from the 1980s and is for the old plastic bottle tops that twist off.
About 1.75" across and is in unused condition.
This is a sturdy pla...stic on type. (Selling as a collectible only, as we don't know if these work on modern bottle tops).
